Signo Jesse is also the Co-Owner of SOMOS Restaurant Ecuador, known for its innovative global cuisine. Signo previously held positions at MKThink, Universidad San Francisco de Quito, RoundhouseOne, and Center for Asia Leadership, showcasing their expertise in research, innovation, design, teaching, and product development. Signo Jesse holds a Master of Science in Sustainable Design & Construction from Stanford University and has a background in Civil Engineering and Natural Science.
