Caroline Marro

Caroline Marro has a diverse work experience spanning over 18 years. Caroline is currently the Vice President of Sales, Omnichannel, and Data at MMV, a position they started in December 2021.

Before joining MMV, Caroline Marro founded and served as the Executive Director of DMPC Consulting starting in July 2019. In this role, they assisted clients in developing and implementing new hotel, restaurant, and lifestyle experience concepts through strategy definition and implementation as well as coaching.

Prior to that, Caroline Marro held various leadership positions at Club Med. From 2017 to 2019, they served as Vice President of Revenue Management and Pricing. Caroline was responsible for managing the APAC RMP team and achieving commercial contribution to budget targets in the Asia Pacific region. Caroline successfully increased revenue and profitability by 30% through pricing, promotion, and revenue management strategies.

Caroline Marro also served as Vice President of Club Med Joyview from 2016 to 2017. In addition, they held the role of Acting General Manager for Australia and New Zealand from 2014 to 2015, where they took on additional responsibilities.

Earlier in their career, Caroline Marro worked at Club Med in finance-related roles. Caroline was the Chief Financial Officer for the European New Markets Business Unit from 2008 to 2010. Prior to that, they served as Senior Finance Manager in the Corporate department and as a Controller for the Europe business unit. Caroline Marro began their professional journey as a Junior Auditor intern at PricewaterhouseCoopers in 2003.

Caroline Marro completed their Master's Degree in Entrepreneurship/Entrepreneurial Studies at NEOMA Business School from 2000 to 2004. In 2003, they briefly attended Schulich School of Business - York University to pursue a Master's Degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services. Furthermore, Caroline Marro obtained a Master Coach certification from Institut de Coaching International de Genève. The duration of this program is unknown.
