Casey Marchbanks has a robust background in legal counsel and leadership roles. From 2013-2014, Casey served as an Associate at Bracewell & Giuliani LLP. Subsequently, Casey worked as an Associate at Gardere Wynne Sewell LLP from 2014-2018. In 2018, Casey transitioned to the role of Vice President & General Counsel at Elite Street Capital. Following this, Casey took on the position of Senior Counsel at Live Nation Entertainment from 2019-2021. Most recently, Casey has been the Director, Senior Counsel – EV Charging at MN8 Energy since October 2023.
Casey Marchbanks received a Bachelor of Arts in History and Political Science from Rice University in 2009. Afterward, they went on to earn a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from SMU Dedman School of Law in 2013.
