Jen Coddington

Jen Coddington, PMP, currently serves as the Senior Director and Head of Development at MN8 Energy, having joined the company in March 2024. Prior experience includes serving as the Global EV Execution Program Manager at bp, where Jen was instrumental in establishing a North American standard execution model for electric vehicle retail sites and overseeing performance management. At Electrify America, Jen held the role of Project Development Manager for the Central Region, managing multiple EV charging infrastructure projects and vendor relationships. Jen's career also includes roles at MBO Partners, DARPA, and the US Army-Night Vision Electronic Sensors Directorate, with a focus on project management, operational support, and public release oversight. Jen holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication Studies from Christopher Newport University, obtained in 2010.
