Vania Mesrob has a diverse and experienced background in the energy sector, with roles ranging from Software Engineer at Siemens to Head of Operations & Maintenance at MN8 Energy. Along the way, Vania held positions such as VP Asset Management at Coronal Energy, powered by Panasonic, and Commissioning Manager at ColSun S.N.C. within the EDF EN Group, where they led projects, managed teams, optimized processes, and maintained client relationships. Their expertise includes electrical engineering, project management, and business development in the renewable energy industry.

Vania Mesrob has a diverse education history. Vania started by completing a High School degree in Physics and Mathematics in Sofia, Bulgaria. Vania then pursued a Bachelor's degree in Applied Physics at the University of Sofia. Following this, they obtained a Master's degree in Electrical, Electronics, and Communications Engineering from INSA Lyon in France, where they also participated in an Erasmus Exchange Program at Karlsruhe Institute of Technology in Germany. Later, they continued their education by earning a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Business Administration and Management from Hult International Business School. Additionally, Vania obtained a certification in SMA Premium Commissioning Training from SMA Academy in Kassel, Germany in 2012.
