Julien Rouland

Julien Rouland is an experienced professional in human resources, currently serving as the Group Human Resources Director at MND since November 2020. Prior to this role, Julien held the position of Group Human Resources Director at Groupe King Jouet from November 2018 to November 2020. Julien's extensive experience with Groupe Rocher includes roles as Group Human Resources Director for Operations from July 2012 to November 2018 and various HR positions from 2000 to 2012, including Deputy HR Director for Operations and HR Director for Logistics and Distribution. Julien also worked as Deputy HR Director at Groupe Doux from 1998 to 2000. Julien's education includes a rigorous preparatory program at Prytanée National Militaire and a degree in engineering from Ecole Supérieure du Bois, supplemented by a Master 2 degree from IEMN-IAE.
