Stanislav Antoš

Stanislav Antoš is the current Group HR Director at P3 Logistic Parks. Prior to this, they held the position of People Operations at Slido from November 2018 to December 2019. Before that, they were with humancraft from May 2017 to December 2020, where they served as a trainer, consultant, and coach. Stanislav's responsibilities included conducting workshops on organizational development, engagement, company culture, customer service, and training for change enablement, leadership, project management, and personal efficiency. Stanislav also provided coaching services. Prior to that, they were with Masaryk University.

From July 2012 to April 2017, Stanislav worked as HR Strategy at HB Reavis, where they provided advisory services to the Board on HR projects in talent acquisition, development, performance management, remuneration, engagement, values, culture, and HR management. From July 2012 to October 2018, they served as Talent Identification at LEAF Organization. And from July 2008 to May 2012, they were Group Learning and Development Manager at Coca-Cola HBC. Stanislav concluded their time at Coca-Cola HBC as Regional Human Resources Director from January 2006 to December 2008.

Stanislav Antoš studied Personnel Management at Middlesex University, obtaining a Postgraduate Diploma. Stanislav subsequently completed Masters degrees in Business Administration at Deakin University and Psychology at Masarykova univerzita Filozofická fakulta. In addition, they hold certification from The Maturity Institute in Organisational Maturity and Total Stakeholder Value, as well as from The Academy of Executive Coaching in European Diploma in Advanced Executive Coaching.

Their manager is Frank Pörschke, CEO. They work with Sönke Kewitz - Managing Director, Germany, Javier Mérida - Managing Director, Spain, and Nick Kavelakis - Group Construction Director.
