Chris Nicol is an experienced Electrical Engineer currently working at SMART Technologies since July 2010, where responsibilities include developing hardware for interactive whiteboards and educational devices as part of a cross-functional team. Previously, Chris held roles as a Firmware Engineer at SMART Technologies and as an Electronics Contractor for the Science Alberta Foundation, focusing on electronics design and repair. Additional experience includes serving as a Teaching Assistant at the University of Calgary and working as an Electronics Engineer at Grindcom, where contributions involved circuit design and software development for forestry industry control systems. Chris holds a Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Calgary and a Bachelor of Technology in Electronics Engineering from DeVry Institute of Technology.
