Ikram H.

Ikram H. began working for Mnemo Therapeutics in 2022 as a Health Safety Environment Engineer. In this role, they were responsible for updating the DUERP, creating safety supports for onboarding, inventory and traceability of PPE, evaluation of biological risks, and evaluation of chemical risks through Seirich. In 2021, Ikram H. started working for CEVA Logistics as a Coordinator HSE, where they conducted internal ISO 9001 audits, created e-learning courses on occupational risks, wrote weekly accident reports, and monitored regulatory developments. Additionally, they were a Charged de Mission Handicap, where they managed the budget for the handicap agreement, and handled the recognition of handicapped workers.

Ikram H. began their education in 2015 when they obtained a Licence in Génétique moléculaire et appliquée from Sciences and Technology University of Oran - Mohamed Boudiaf (USTO-MB). In 2018, they earned a Master 2 (M2) in Toxicologie fondamentale et appliquée from the same university. In 2022, they received an Attestation de compétences from NJ Conseil in OES Iso 9001 Iso 14001. In 2023, they obtained a TOEIC in Anglais from ETS Global. Finally, they are currently pursuing a Responsable HSE, santé au travail from Conservatoire National des Arts et Métiers in Santé au travail et hygiène industrielle.
