Theodoros Giavridis

Associate Director of Cell Therapy at Mnemo Therapeutics

Theodoros Giavridis, Ph.D. has a diverse work experience. Theodoros began their career in 2004 as a radio show producer and host and creative copywriter for Mojo Radio and Mojo Live and Hit Factory, respectively, while they were an undergraduate student. In 2010, they worked as a Research Assistant at the Lygerou Lab at the University of Patras. In 2012, they served as the Vice President of Interclass Relations and Communications at Columbia University in the City of New York and as a Research Intern at the Hung Lab. In 2014, they were a Graduate Teaching Assistant at Weill Cornell Medicine and a Graduate Research Scientist at the Michel Sadelain Lab at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center. Theodoros also served as the Team Leader for the Accelerating BioVenture Innovation Program at Weill Cornell Medicine in 2017. From 2019 to 2021, they were the Principal Scientist for CAR T cell biology at ArsenalBio and Mnemo Therapeutics.

Theodoros Giavridis, Ph.D. completed a Bachelor's Degree in Biology, General from the University of Patras in 2012. Prior to this, they studied towards a Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Patras from 2004 to 2007. In 2006, they completed a Training Course in Architecture from Columbia University Graduate School of Architecture, Planning & Preservation. Theodoros then went on to receive a Master of Arts - MA in Biotechnology from Columbia University in 2014. Finally, they earned a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Cell and Molecular Biology from Weill Cornell Graduate School of Medical Sciences in 2019.
