Michael Kelly

Michael Kelly has worked in various business analyst roles since 2003. Michael began their career at The Hartford in 2003 as a Business Analyst. In the same year, they also worked as a Business Analyst at Trumbull Services. In 2007, they joined Mohegan Sun as a Business Technical Analyst. From 2013 to 2016, they worked at Housing Systems Solutions as a Product Owner & Business Analyst. Here, they documented requirements using wireframes, use cases, business rules, and data definitions. Michael also partnered with business analysts on projects. In 2016, they joined One Mnet Health as a Senior Business Analyst. Here, they introduced and implemented a software development process working closely with the company owner, stakeholders, and developers using Jira. Michael also performed tasks including daily scrum meetings, demo meetings, backlog grooming, and sprint planning.

Michael Kelly began their educational journey at E. O. Smith Highschool. Michael then attended Manchester Community College from 1994 to 1997, where they studied Computer Science but did not receive a degree. Finally, they attended Eastern Connecticut State University from 1997 to 2003, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science.
