Sharon Prajzner

Sharon Prajzner has a comprehensive work experience spanning various industries. Sharon started their career as a Team Lead at Petco in 2003, where they supervised employees and managed operations. After that, they worked as a Production Assistant at ReminderNews from 2004 to 2006. Sharon then joined The Hartford as a Customer Service Representative, where they resolved complaints, provided hotline support, and received recognition for their training efforts. In 2010, they were promoted to a Senior Business Product Analyst role at The Hartford.

In 2013, Sharon joined MassMutual as a Product Owner and Operations Consultant, where they worked until 2020. During this time, they managed product operations and acted as a liaison between different teams.

Currently, Sharon is working at One Mnet Health as a Business Analyst. Their responsibilities include system administration, analyzing product development requests, creating documentation, and conducting user experience analysis. Sharon also creates mockups and wireframes to facilitate development and testing.

Sharon Prajzner attended the College of Saint Rose from 1994 to 1998, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Public Communications. Following this, from 2012 to 2014, they attended Asnuntuck Community College and studied Mathematics and Biology. In 2013, they obtained a certification in Veterinary Assisting from Asnuntuck Community College. From 2015 to 2017, Sharon pursued pre-veterinary studies at Bay Path University, although they did not obtain a degree in this field. Additionally, Sharon has acquired several certifications, including Certified ScrumMaster® (CSM®) from the Scrum Alliance in December 2020, Certified Scrum Product Owner® (CSPO®) from the Scrum Alliance in October 2018, and Certified SAFe® 4 Agilist from Scaled Agile, Inc. in November 2019.
