Loretta Dickey Johnson

Loretta Dickey Johnson has extensive experience in human resources and has held various leadership positions throughout their career. Loretta served as the Vice President of Human Resources at MNP Corporation from December 2016 until the present, overseeing HR functions and payroll for 18 locations and 1,300 employees. Prior to that, they held the same role at Android Industries from June 2015 to November 2016, where they were responsible for global HR and payroll, as well as EH&S, Ethics and Compliance, and Security across 24 locations and 8 countries with 4,000 employees.

From September 2013 to June 2015, Loretta was the Director of Human Resources at Yazaki North America, where they managed HRIS, payroll, organizational development, succession planning, training and development, performance management, employee relations, and employee engagement for 82 locations and 75,000 employees across 10 countries.
