Lisa Wallace, FCPA, FCA, is Vice President, Learning and Development. As a Partner in MNP, Lisa leads a team that researches and designs high-quality professional development programs ensuring the firm has the most up-to-date skills, knowledge and competencies necessary to provide services that are valued by clients. The Learning and Development team also designs training modules customized for a variety of delivery channels, including face-to-face, virtual, online and blended learning.

Prior to taking on her leadership role in Human Capital, Lisa was part of MNP’s Assurance and Accounting team, delivering tailored assurance and tax services to professionals including lawyers, doctors, dentists, chiropractors and veterinarians as well as to other owner-managers and corporations in a variety of industries.

With more than 20 years in public practice, Lisa drew on a broad base of experience and provided a range of services including audits, reviews and compilations. She also assisted with tax planning to minimize taxes and maximize profitability, review of operating results and benchmarking.

Lisa has a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Saskatchewan. She was designated a Fellow of the Chartered Accountants (FCA) in 2007 and now holds the Fellow Chartered Professional Accountant (FCPA) designation.
