Zaiton Abdullah

Zaiton Abdullah has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Zaiton is currently the Vice President of Human Resources at MNRB Group, a position they have held since May 2022. Prior to that, they worked as an Entrepreneur at HBSC Kitchen starting from March 2017.

Before their entrepreneurial endeavor, Zaiton held various roles at Shell, starting from their appointment as a Training Manager at Parkroyal Kuala Lumpur in 1995. Zaiton then moved to ABN AMRO Bank as a Learning & Development Manager from 1999 to 2001. Following that, they joined Shell and took on roles such as HR Account Manager/L&D Manager, Global Policy, Process & Systems Adviser, Manager - HR Policy, Processes & Systems, and finally as Global Remuneration & Benefits Manager.

Zaiton's contributions also extend internationally, as they worked as the Country Talent Manager at Shell from November 2015 to February 2017. In summary, Zaiton Abdullah has a wealth of experience in human resources, talent management, remuneration, and benefits across various organizations.

Zaiton Abdullah received a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in the School of Humanities from the University of Essex between 1988 and 1992. In 2015, they obtained skills in business partnering from Shell Open University. Additionally, they hold a certification as a Certified Trainer from HRD Corp - Human Resource Development Corporation, obtained in 2017, and is a chartered member of CIPD.
