Shawn Kowalewski

Shawn Kowalewski is a Professional Engineer and Vice President at MNS Engineers, Inc., with extensive experience in civil engineering and construction management since September 1995. Prior to this role, Shawn served as an Inspector for the New York State Department of Transportation, overseeing construction on local state roads from May to September 1995. Early in Shawn’s career, internships at Niagara Mohawk Power Corp and U.S. Can Company provided exposure to resources scheduling, CAD, plant layout tasks, and time studies. Shawn holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from Syracuse University, completed in 1995, and a Regents Diploma in Math and Science from Cortland High School, earned in 1990.
