Nicole Putnam (Bous) serves as the Senior Human Resources Manager at Mall of America since February 2015, focusing on creating memorable experiences for teams and guests through recruitment, onboarding, coaching, and mentoring. Previously, Nicole held various HR roles including Talent Acquisition Manager at Mall of America, where responsibilities included overseeing recruitment processes and performance management. Additional experience includes serving as a Recruitment Supervisor at Elite Medical Scribes, a Staffing Specialist at Treasure Island Resort & Casino, and a Human Resource Supervisor at Puma-Mall of America. Nicole is also a Steering Committee Member of Bloomington Future Leaders, fostering connections between local high school students and business mentors. Nicole holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management with a focus on Human Resources from Rasmussen College.
