Sophie Wyburd

Sophie Wyburd is a senior food producer at Mob. Sophie previously worked as a food producer at Twisted from November 2018 to August 2020. Sophie also worked as a diploma student at Leiths School of Food & Wine from September 2017 to June 2018, where they received a distinction in culinary arts. Prior to that, they did a work experience placement at BBC Good Food from November 2016 to December 2016.

Sophie Wyburd completed their BSocSci (Hons) in Social Anthropology at The University of Manchester. Prior to that, they attended Alleyn's School where they achieved an A* in English Literature, an A in Religious Studies, and a B in Psychology.
