Theo Giles

Theo Giles is a podcast producer at Mob, a previous company of KEAKIE. Theo has also been with Sticky Tapes and Balamii. At Balamii, Theo was the studio manager and helped grow the listenership by over 150%. Theo has also been part of and lead a programming team that secured regular shows from well-known DJs. Theo's responsibilities included programming the radio's output, scheduling the radio calendar, working on long term strategy with the station's owner, capturing content from the studio, and monitoring the day-to-day running of the radio.
