Anthony Papa Sphr

Anthony Papa SPHR, CHRE has a distinguished work history in various leadership positions. Anthony is currently the EVP & CHRO at Mobex Global. Prior to this, they worked as the Principal at ROJOCAR LLC from 2018 onwards. From 2015 to 2018, Anthony served as the SVP - Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) at Federal-Mogul Motorparts, where they managed a diverse global workforce. Anthony also held the role of Chief People Officer at Icahn Automotive from 2017 to 2018, overseeing multiple retail and auto repair chains. Anthony previously served as the Global Vice President Human Resources, & HSE at Meridian Lightweight Technologies from 2012 to 2015. Before that, they held key leadership roles at Gates Corporation, including Vice President Human Resources, EHS & Security - EMEA and Vice President Human Resources, Operations Excellence & Quality - Power Transmission Business Unit. These roles involved overseeing large teams and managing operations across multiple locations.

Anthony Papa SPHR, CHRE has a Honors Public Administration (HPA) degree from the University of Windsor, where they pursued a dual major in Human Resources and Economics. Anthony also holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Political Science from the same institution. In addition to their educational qualifications, Anthony Papa has obtained certifications such as Certified Human Resource Executive (CHRE) from HRPA (Human Resources Professionals Association), Certified Organizational Development Specialist from the University of Windsor, Lean-Sigma Champion from Air Academy Associates, and Senior Human Resources Professional (SHRP) from SHRM.
