Malgorzata Zaitz-Olsza

Malgorzata Zaitz-Olsza, PhD has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Malgorzata is currently working at Mobica as the Head of PMO/Senior Project Manager, a position they have held since June 2022. Prior to that, they were a Senior Project Manager at Lingaro from May 2019 to July 2021. Before joining Lingaro, they worked at Samsung Electronics, where they held multiple roles, including Senior Project Manager from May 2016 to May 2019 and Senior Failure Analysis Engineer/Part Leader from March 2015 to May 2016.

Dr. Zaitz-Olsza also has a strong background in academia, having worked as a Researcher at Jagiellonian University from October 2011 to April 2014. Malgorzata also served as a Researcher/PhD student at Jagiellonian University from October 2007 to September 2011, where they were involved in leading projects and managing students. In addition, they have experience in computer graphics, having worked as a Senior Computer Graphics at luktom.biz sp. z o.o. from August 2011 to May 2013 and as a Computer Graphics Trainer at WP-Expert from August 2010 to June 2012.

Malgorzata Zaitz-Olsza, PhD, has an extensive education history in various fields. Malgorzata obtained their Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) degree in heterogeneous catalysis and solid state chemistry from Jagiellonian University, where they studied from 2007 to 2011. During their time at Jagiellonian University, they also completed their Master of Science (MSc) degree in Polymer Chemistry from 2002 to 2007.

In 2008 and 2009, Malgorzata pursued a Postgraduate Degree in Computer Graphics at AGH University of Science and Technology. To further enhance their knowledge and skills in management of small and medium-sized businesses and academic entrepreneurship, they obtained a Certificate from the Foundation of University of Economics in Krakow in 2010.

Prior to their university studies, Malgorzata attended Nowodworek from 1998 to 2002, although no specific degree or field of study is mentioned for that period.

In addition to their academic achievements, Malgorzata has earned a certification in PRINCE2 from AXELOS Global Best Practice in May 2018.
