Mariusz Stolarski has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Mariusz started their career as a Software Engineer, where they gained practical programming knowledge in various languages and worked on mobile technologies. Mariusz then joined Mobica as a Senior Software Engineer, where they managed projects and delivered them successfully to customers. Mariusz also took on additional roles within Mobica, such as a Technology Leader and a member of the CTO office, where they provided technical support, estimated new projects, and mentored and trained colleagues. Mariusz later became the Finance & Banking MSU CTO, responsible for maintaining customer relationships and supporting the business unit teams. Moving up the ladder, they became the Vice President of Technology for Fintech/Technology Manager, involved in Mobica's CTO group and Technology Advisory Board, focusing on FinTech solutions. Mariusz then transitioned to the role of Software Engineering Manager, where they supported product leads, collaborated with customer teams, and ensured engineering best practices. Recently, they have been appointed as the Global Head of Technology Office at Mobica. Additionally, they have worked as a Senior Software Engineer at Monitise and served as a Consultant at Ikivo, where they worked on developing rich media applications for mobile platforms. Mariusz also briefly worked as an academic teacher at SWSPiZ Academy of Managemente. Overall, Mariusz has comprehensive experience in software engineering, project management, technical leadership, and customer relationship management.

Mariusz Stolarski pursued their education in the field of Automatic Control. Mariusz obtained a Bachelor's degree in Automatic Control from Lodz University of Technology in the years 1998 to 2003. Later, they completed their PhD in the same field from the same university from 2003 to 2007. Mariusz further expanded their knowledge by pursuing a postgraduate degree in Management of Information Technology from the University of Warsaw from 2011 to 2012.
