Micha Roon is an experienced technology leader currently serving as the Head of Engineering at The Hashgraph Association since May 2023, where support for innovation projects is provided through training and mentorship. Micha is the owner and founder of managination, established in July 2005, focusing on dynamic and reliable software development. Previous roles include Head of Web3 Engineering at NOUMENA DIGITAL AG, Chief Technology Officer at bonq, and Chief Innovation Officer at Energy Web, among others. Micha's expertise spans various sectors, including decentralized finance, blockchain technology, and IoT communication. Micha holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the University of Lausanne and has enhanced professional knowledge with additional qualifications from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and project management certification from PMI.
