Radosław Kaczmarek

Tomasz Rados is a financial officer at the European Innovation Council and SMEs Executive Agency (EISMEA) since January 2024. Previously, Tomasz served as a financial correspondent and project assistant at the European Commission from February 2022 to January 2024, contributing to the Directorate-General for Structural Reform Support. Academic involvement includes a position as a member of the Stakeholder's Council at the University of Warsaw's Faculty of Political Science and International Studies from December 2020 to December 2023. Tomasz's prior experience encompasses working with the European Defence Agency and the European External Action Service, as well as leadership as president of the Network PL association. Early in the career, Tomasz held various roles in the European Commission and the Polish Ministry of Economy and Labour. Academic credentials include a Master of Arts in International Relations and Affairs from the University of Warsaw, earned in 2003.
