R. Y. Bob McMaster began their career in 1984 as a Computer Sales representative for Computer Resources, Inc. In 2010, they began working as a Programmer for Lifeline Management Systems, while also working as a programmer/support for Mobilcomm.

R. Y. Bob McMaster's education history consists of three educational experiences. From 2009 to 2011, they attended New Horizons and studied Visual Studio Design and Applications. From 1982 to 1984, they attended the University of Alabama at Birmingham and studied Business Administration and Management, General. Lastly, from 1979 to 1980, they attended the University of Montevallo and studied Mass Communications.
