Ambulatory Anesthesia Solutions (AAC), a practice management organization supporting Office-Based Anesthesiology (OBA) practices in Illinois, is seeking a Full-Time Operations Assistant to join our team. Reporting directly to the Practice Administrator of Mobile Anesthesiologists Chicago, you will handle all client OBA matters, ensuring client satisfaction through thorough follow-ups with all team members, whether they are in the field, local offices, or working remotely.

Your role will be to act as an "intake" or "triage" for incoming information, directing issues to the appropriate team members and ensuring swift resolution. As the "accountability and momentum facilitator," you will drive actions to help both AAC and our clients meet their goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor client satisfaction and facilitate follow-ups with team members.
  • Act as the primary contact for incoming information and direct it to the relevant team members.
  • Assist in expanding our team, including nursing, administrative, and physician recruitment.
  • Participate in data collection and compliance initiatives.
  • Help the team achieve key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Adapt to varying day-to-day operations responsibilities and shift tasks and projects as needed.
  • Provide executive support and foster a driven work ethic.

Our Ideal Candidate Will Have:

  • 2+ years of healthcare experience in practice operations.
  • Experience in a hospital or surgical outpatient environment is a plus.
  • Proven ability to build strong, professional relationships at all levels.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to manage workloads independently and confidently.

Additional Responsibilities Include:

  • Acting as a liaison for billing needs and accounting follow-ups.
  • Monitoring and supporting client and team success prior to the first date of service (FDOS).
  • Overseeing IT project testing, ticket submission, and front-end communication.
  • Coordinating orders and onboarding for new hires.
  • Supporting procurement and supply chain activities.
  • Handling miscellaneous tasks such as data pulls, meeting coordination, payroll approvals, and evaluation preparation.

AAC is located near the Cumberland Blue Line stop. This role offers a hybrid work environment, with in-office requirements.
