Julian F. has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning various roles in the technology industry. Julian is currently the Head of Asia Pacific at Mobile Guardian, where they have successfully built and managed a strong support and sales team across the APAC region. Julian has also engaged in meetings and negotiations with Ministries of Education, establishing key partnerships in the education sector.

Prior to this, Julian worked at VMware for several years. Julian served as a Customer Success Executive - EUC, ensuring the successful deployment and adoption of the Workspace ONE product. Julian proactively worked with customers, organizing road map sessions and maintaining support levels to keep them engaged and satisfied.

Julian also held the role of Technical Account Manager Lead at VMware Workspace ONE, overseeing a team of technical account managers. Julian collaborated closely with customers to understand their unique needs and challenges, facilitating regular meetings and calls to ensure customer satisfaction. Julian was responsible for driving adoption and maintaining customer satisfaction.

Before joining VMware, Julian worked as a Senior Technical Consultant at Hitec (Laboratories) Ltd, where they implemented a comprehensive document management system and delivered improvements to the company's document management processes. Julian also served as a Technical Consultant - Implementation Engineer, delivering Hitec's solutions and providing technical support and training to customers.

Additionally, Julian has worked as an IT Manager at Canarias.com and Cashmopolitan LTD, where they managed systems, providers, and developers. Julian also played a role in network implementation and server management as a Systems Administrator at Canon Marbella.

Throughout their career, Julian has demonstrated strong leadership, collaboration, and technical expertise in delivering successful solutions to customers.

Julian F. attended UPC School (Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya) from 1992 to 1996, where they studied informatics engineering. In addition to their degree, they have obtained various certifications over the years. These include certifications in Business Development: Strategic Planning from LinkedIn in September 2021, Vmware Certified Professional - Digital Workspace (VCP-DW) from VMware in May 2018, Airwatch Mobile Content Management Professional from AirWatch by VMware in December 2015, VMware Certified Associate – Data Center Virtualization (VCA-DCV) from VMware in April 2015, VMware Certified Associate - Workforce Mobility (VCA-WM) from VMware in December 2014, and several others related to AirWatch and Microsoft.
