Brady Douglas possesses a robust background in technology and customer support, currently serving as an Implementation Tech at Mobile Health Consumer, Inc. since June 2018. Prior experience includes a role as a Tech Support Center Assistant at Ashland University from October 2016 to May 2018, where responsibilities involved customer support, ticket documentation, and maintenance of loaner laptops.
