Mike Dale

Mike Dale is currently the Director of Enterprise Sales at Mobile Insight, a retail-specific field management and data solution company. In this role, they tackle various challenges faced by brands and retailers by using the software's comprehensive data capture and analytics features.

Before joining Mobile Insight, Mike was the Director of Sales at FMT Solutions from July 2022 to March 2023.

Prior to FMT Solutions, Mike held the position of Head of Sales & Business Development at Twenty Over Ten from June 2018 to August 2022.

From August 2015 to May 2018, Mike worked at Outreach.io as the Sales Operations / SDR Lead.

Before entering the technology industry, Mike worked as a Store Manager at Michaels Stores, Inc. from May 2010 to August 2015. Mike also served as a Store Manager at Pearle Vision from January 2007 to May 2010 and at Party City from June 2003 to January 2007.

Mike Dale earned their Bachelor's degree in HRIM (Human Resources in the Hospitality Industry) from Penn State University, completing their studies from 1992 to 1996. In addition to their Bachelor's degree, they obtained a certification in the Winning By Design Mastership Program - Level 1 from Winning By Design institution in July 2016.
