Elvin Altun Noyan

Elvin Altun Noyan has a diverse and extensive work experience in the marketing and technology industry. Elvin currently serves as the MMA Germany Country Director at MMA Germany, where they are responsible for the growth and operations of the digital and marketing technology industry in Germany. Prior to this role, Elvin worked as the EMEA Business Development & Growth Director at the Mobile Marketing Association (MMA), where they played a key role in driving the business growth and international expansion of the MMA in Europe. Elvin also has experience as a lecturer in marketing at Yeditepe University and Bahcesehir University.

Elvin is also an entrepreneur, as they co-founded Heyyo Live, an early-stage startup in the livestream and e-commerce marketplace. Elvin was the Co-Founder of The Connected Marketer Institute Turkey, where they launched and trained brands, service providers, NGOs, VCs, and university students in mobile marketing strategies.

Before their entrepreneurial ventures, Elvin worked at Turkcell in various roles. Elvin was the New Media & Big Data Solutions Unit Head, Enterprise Mobile Marketing Unit Head, and Marketing & Loyalty Product Management Head, where they were responsible for product development, revenue generation, and marketing campaigns. Elvin also served as the Mobile Marketing Channel Management Head and MMA Turkiye Co-Chairman, overseeing the overall mobile marketing revenue and partnership ecosystem at Turkcell.

Throughout their career, Elvin has demonstrated a strong track record of driving business growth, establishing strategic partnerships, and educating and training professionals in the marketing and technology industry.

Elvin Altun Noyan attended Uskudar American Academy from 1992 to 1999. From 1999 to 2003, they pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics & Psychology at the University of Virginia.
