Sally J. Shanks

Sally J. Shanks has served as their SVP, Chief Accounting Officer since Sept 2017 and is responsible for the Company’s accounting, reporting and tax functions. Ms. Shanks joined WillScot Mobile Mini from Merkle Inc., a global technology-enabled performance marketing agency, where she served in various financial leadership roles from 2009 - 2017, including Senior Vice President, Accounting & Treasury. Prior to that she held the role of Director of Accounting and Reporting for Laureate Education. Ms. Shanks started her career with PricewaterhouseCoopers and holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Providence College. Ms. Shanks is a Section 16 Officer.
