Sandesh Gupta

Sandesh Gupta has a diverse work experience spanning several industries and roles. Sandesh is currently the Director of Growth at Mobile Premier League (MPL), a position they have held since 2022. Prior to this, Sandesh worked as the Head of Digital Marketing at Wakefit from 2020 to 2022. During their time at Wakefit, they played a key role in growing the business through digital user acquisition, scaling the furniture business, and managing a large digital budget.

Before their role at Wakefit, Sandesh was the Digital Marketing Lead at Bounce from 2020 to 2020, where they managed all digital marketing efforts and implemented SEO and ASO projects. From 2016 to 2020, Sandesh worked at GenY Medium, first as the Head of Performance Marketing, where they managed a portfolio of clients and specialized in running campaigns across platforms. Sandesh later took on the role of Product Lead for TrueROI.ai, a data visualization SaaS product, where they contributed to the design and architecture of the product. Sandesh also had a brief stint as an Analytics Manager at GenY Medium.

In 2015, Sandesh co-founded 99 Dosas, a quick-service restaurant chain, where they played a crucial role in marketing and growth hacking strategies. Prior to that, they worked as a Technology Analyst at Infosys from 2013 to 2015, and as a Trainee at Samsung India Software Operations and Antech Microsystem Pvt. Ltd in 2011 and 2010 respectively.

Sandesh Gupta completed their Integrated Dual Degree (B.Tech + M,Tech) with a specialization in Wireless Communication from the Indian Institute of Technology, Roorkee, from 2008 to 2013. Before that, they attended Central Academy, Kota from 2006 to 2007, where they completed their 12th (CBSE) with a focus on Mathematics and Science. Their high school education was completed at Delhi Public School, Aligarh, from 2004 to 2005, where they obtained their 10th (CBSE) degree. Additionally, Sandesh Gupta obtained the AdWords Search Certification from Google in May 2018.
