Daniela Mihaylova

Daniela Mihaylova has a diverse work experience spanning different industries and roles. Daniela started their career in 2011 as a Conference & Banqueting Host and Administrator at Holiday Inn Sofia, where they organized events and ensured customer satisfaction. Daniela then moved on to Adecco Bulgaria in 2013, where they worked as a Batch & Scheduling CC and Team Coordinator, managing workload automation products for Fortune 500 companies and providing expert solutions. Daniela also briefly worked as a Software Packaging Specialist, analyzing and preparing software for automation delivery. In 2015, Daniela joined Hewlett Packard Enterprise as an Account Process Manager and Change Management Leverage Solution Lead, where they ensured adherence to change management processes, coordinated changes, managed inter-dependencies, and handled high impact issues. Daniela continued in a similar role at DXC Technology from 2017 to 2019, where they also served as the Manager of the Change Management Center, accountable for the team's performance and continuous improvement. Most recently, Daniela joined Mobile Wave Solutions in 2019 as a Senior IT Project Manager.

Daniela Mihaylova holds a Master's degree in International Business from New Bulgarian University, which was obtained between the years 2018 and 2020. Prior to this, they completed their Bachelor's degree in Economics from the same institution, studying from 2008 to 2012. Daniela'seducational journey began at the Professional High School for Telecommunication, where they studied to become a software programmer from 2004 to 2008. Additionally, Daniela Mihaylova obtained the ITIL® Foundation certification from AXELOS Global Best Practice in November 2015.
