Daniel Ho

Daniel Ho has over two decades of work experience in the software engineering industry. Daniel began their career in 1996 as a Senior Engineer, Application Developer, and Programmer Analyst at Adobe Systems Inc. During their time at Adobe, they provided business and systems analysis, proposed and implemented changes for TOC's world wide sales operation, maintained Type-On-Call systems, Informix Online databases and 4GL Interfaces with reports written in 4GL, SQL, ESQL, C and Bourne shells, and supported TOC's customized CGI interface written in 4GL, C and C++. In 2014, Ho joined MobileFore Software as a Senior Software Engineer. During their time there, they tracked progress via sequence of milestones with Forecast and Actual date entry for different project levels, assigned and managed tickets, designed a workflow to create CRM event and contact from Calendar Event and Email, implemented Account, Email and Email Contact mode for event card, built Email Contact and Attachment interface to Microsoft EWS and Gmail, developed Mobileforce platform connectors, and setup and installed Siebel CRM server on a Microsoft Azure cloud server.

Daniel Ho obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Systems Design Engineering from the University of Waterloo. Daniel also obtained a Security White Belt - Developer PHP Windows Track from the Adobe Secure Software Engineering Certification Program in February 2014, as well as a Certified SCRUM Master certification.
