Lorenzo Mills

Lorenzo Mills has a diverse work experience, starting as an Army Sergeant in the US Army from 1987 to 1991. Lorenzo then worked as a Design Engineer at Aerotec International, Inc. from 1997 to 1998. Mills worked as an RF Engineer at Nortel Networks from 1998 to 2000. In 2001, they founded their own consulting company, LL Solutions Inc, where they served as President and acquired contracts with major Fortune 500 companies. In 2010, Mills joined MobileNet Services, Inc as the Director of Operations, where they opened a full-service office and built a team to support projects and clients. Lorenzo implemented talent acquisition processes, established preferred vendor status, and generated sustainable revenue from repeat business.

Lorenzo Mills attended the University of Florida from 1995 to 1997, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering. In July 2022, they obtained the SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) certification from SHRM.
