Ofer Rachman

Ofer Rachman has extensive experience in engineering, safety, and operations management within the technology and automotive sectors. Currently serving as a Functional Safety and Assurance specialist at Mobileye since February 2024, Rachman previously held the position of Head of Functional Safety at Wisense Technologies in early 2024. Prior to that, Rachman worked at Lumen in data product roles focused on B2C and health, and held leadership positions in operations and quality assurance at Arbe Robotics and Consumer Physics, Inc. Earlier experiences include serving as COO at KeyView, Head of Engineering at PrimeSense, AVP of Engineering at Metrolight, and Director of Engineering at Gilat Satellite Networks. Rachman began their career at Motorola Communication as a Product Engineer and Process Engineer. Educational qualifications include a B.Sc. in Material Engineering from Ben-Gurion University and further studies in Nanotechnology and VLSI at Tel Aviv University.
