Tim Germann

Tim Germann serves as the Chief Commercial Officer at Carterra since 2017 and holds multiple board and advisory roles, including a position on the Board of Directors at BrightSpec, Inc. and as an Advisory Board Member for MOBILion Systems, Inc. Germann founded eXsilva Consulting, operating as Principal Advisor from 2016 to 2018, and previously served as COO and Chief Commercial Officer at RF Technologies. From 2009 to 2015, Germann was the Vice President of Sales and Commercial Operations at Hill-Rom IT and Clinical Workflow Solutions. Education includes a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing and Finance from Brigham Young University's Marriott School of Business, as well as serving as a Guest Lecturer at Princeton University from 2020 to 2022.
