Suzanne Bourne

Suzanne Bourne's work experience includes being the Co-Founder & Head of Carer Support at Mobilise since April 2020, and previously working as a Service Designer & Coach at the same company from November 2019 to April 2020. Before joining Mobilise, they had their own coaching practice called Suzanne Bourne Coaching, where they worked as a Coach & Facilitator from February 2017 till present. Prior to that, they worked at Parkinson's UK as a Self-Management Programme Development Officer from August 2015 to March 2019, and also served as a Freelance Project Manager - Volunteer Induction Programme from October 2014 to September 2015, and as a Self-Management Programme Consultant from March 2015 to July 2015. Suzanne also has experience as a Freelance Trainer & Consultant at Suzanne Bourne Training & Development from June 2013 to February 2017. Earlier in their career, they worked at De Vere Venues as a Trainer from August 2006 to December 2014, and as a Trainer & Duty Manager from October 2005 to August 2006. Suzanne also worked at De Vere Venues as a Front of House Manager from February 2001 to September 2004, and at Radisson Blu Edwardian, London as a Front of House Manager from 1999 to 2001.

Suzanne Bourne obtained a Certificate in Professional Coaching Skills from Coaching Development Limited, accredited by the ICF as 135 Approved Coach Specific Training Hours (ACSTH), from 2016 to 2017. Suzanne earned a BSc Hons in Hotel & Catering Management from the University of Surrey between 1990 and 1994. Suzanne also attended St Albans Girls School, although the dates and degree obtained are unknown. Additionally, Suzanne Bourne holds additional certifications such as Inclusive Leadership from Section, obtained in May 2023, and an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) from the International Coaching Federation, obtained in August 2020.
