Heidi Iverson has a strong background in organizational development, human resources, and talent acquisition. With experience in various industries such as mortgage banking, retail, and consulting, Heidi has held roles such as Director of Recruiting, Vice President of Talent Acquisition & Development, and Senior Manager of Worldwide Organizational Development. Heidi's responsibilities have included building recruiting departments, managing national recruiting functions, providing consulting services, and implementing healthcare information systems.
