Jessika Frumento-Crane has a diverse work experience spanning over 15 years. Jessika started their career in 2007 as a Sales Representative for Krank'd Body Fuel. From 2012 to 2017, they worked as a Business Development Representative for Applied Computer Solutions, where they assisted Enterprise businesses and SMBs in integrating technology solutions. In 2017, they joined MobilityWare as a Human Resources Administrator and quickly progressed to the role of Senior Human Resources Administrator in 2019. Currently, they hold the position of Human Resources Generalist at MobilityWare.

Jessika Frumento-Crane, PHRca, holds a Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice from California State University, Fullerton. In addition, they have obtained the certification of Professional in Human Resources - California® (PHRca®) from the Human Resource Certification Institute (HRCI) in October 2021.
