Katie Scott, MBA, PHR, PMP, PSM, has extensive work experience in various roles and responsibilities. Katie started their career at iQor as a Customer Service Representative from 2003 to 2004. Katie then worked at Delta Career Education Corporation as an Admissions Representative from October 2004 to March 2005, followed by a promotion to Senior Admissions Representative from March 2005 to January 2008, and finally as the Assistant Director of Admissions from January 2008 to October 2008.

From October 2008 to November 2013, Katie worked at SAIC as a Resource Coordinator and Program Management Analyst II. In this role, they were responsible for onboarding and offboarding employees, developing processes, ensuring compliance, maintaining data, and managing communication with program managers. Katie also received a Bravo Zulu Award from SPAWAR Atlantic in April 2009.

In November 2013, Katie joined LongView International Technology Solutions as a Senior Consultant and Health Solutions Onboarding Analyst. Their responsibilities included onboarding and offboarding employees, ensuring compliance with trainings and paperwork, and managing access to the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs network.

Since March 2015, Katie has been working at Initiate Government Solutions, LLC. in multiple roles. Katie Scott obtained their Bachelor's degree in History from John Carroll University from 1999 to 2003. Katie then pursued their MBA in Business Administration and Management at Charleston Southern University from 2006 to 2008. Prior to their university education, they had attended McDowell from 1995 to 1999, although no specific degree or field of study is mentioned for this period.
