Manoj Verma

Manoj Verma has been working in the Human Resources field since 1996. Manoj started their career at Usha Beltron Limited as a Manager HR, where they were responsible for Time Office and its related MIS, Canteen, Garden, internal Newsletter and Welfare. Manoj was then promoted to Personnel Officer and given additional independent responsibilities of ISO and training. In 2003, they moved to Blue Star Limited as Manager HR - Eastern Region, where they were able to control attritions, build teams, and close 3 old labour related court cases. In 2005, they joined Tata Chemicals as Manager Corporate HR, and was later transferred to Corporate HR to assist Head Corporate HR and Administration in Special Projects, Multi-rater Feed-back, Departmental Reviews, Awaaz, and more. In 2008, they joined ALSTOM Projects India Limited, Delhi as Head HR Power Service, and in 2009, they moved to ALSTOM Power as HR Director, Renewable, Hydro, Vadodara, India. In 2014, they joined Goodyear India Limited as Plant Head - Human Resources, and then moved to Alstom India Limited as HR Director. In 2016, they joined Celebi Delhi Cargo Terminal Management Private India Limited as Head Human Resources, where they successfully settled wage settlement within a month of negotiation, and conceptualized and executed a failed voluntary Separation Scheme. In 2018, they became a Human Resources Consultant at Company name (Withheld), and in 2022, they were appointed Human Resources Director at Mobilous.

Manoj Verma obtained their ICSE from St Xavier's School Doranda in 1984, followed by a Bachelor's Degree in Physics from St Xavier's College in Ranchi in 1991. Manoj then completed a PGDPM in HRD from Xavier Institute of Social Service in 1993. In 2015, they obtained a Diploma in International Anti-Bribery Principles from SAI Global Limited on behalf of Goodyear, as well as a Diploma in Ethical Leadership from SAI Global Limited. Manoj also holds a Leadership Architect certification from the Alstom Group.
