Khalaf Alrashid

Khalaf AlRashid currently serves as the VP of Service Delivery & Capability Development at Mobily, a position held since 2017, after holding roles such as General Manager of Products Development & Planning and Director of Strategic Planning & Market Research. Prior to Mobily, Khalaf accumulated extensive experience at Saudi Telecom Company from 2004 to 2017, where roles included Director of B2B Marketing Strategy and B2C Broadband Services Development Manager. Khalaf also worked in various capacities at Saudi Aramco and Saudi Telecom Company earlier in their career, including Process Automation Project Manager and Telecom Design Engineer. Khalaf earned a Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering from King Fahd University of Petroleum & Minerals between 1995 and 1999.
