Osama Alaiban

Osama AlAiban currently serves as the Director of Assurance Management Systems at Mobily, where responsibilities include managing the design, development, and delivery of various applications including Loyalty (Neqaty) and Customer Care. Prior experience includes roles as a Senior Technical Consultant at Elm Company and a Senior Software Engineer at Saudi Aramco, where contributions were made through Al-Falak Co. Osama has also worked as a Software Engineer at Engineering & Technology Services Co. and held multiple positions at Saudi Telecom Company, including Technical Lead and Agile Expert. With a foundation in software engineering established at Advanced Electronics Company, Osama led teams to develop software solutions for Automatic Meter Reader (AMR) systems. Osama earned a Bachelor's degree in Computer Software Engineering from King Fahd University of Petroleum & Minerals.
