Lena Beaven has over 20 years of work experience in various roles related to customer experience, product management, and learning strategy. Lena currently holds the position of Sr. Director of Customer Experience at Mobiquity Inc. Prior to that, they served as President & CEO of Learning Fusion, LLC for over 20 years, where they specialized in design thinking, product innovation, and organizational change management. Additionally, Lena has held senior consultant positions at TransAccel Group and Jennifer Brown Consulting, where they focused on product management, user experience, and agile development methodologies. Lena also has experience in executive roles at Vree Health, LLC and Quantum Learning, Inc. Overall, Lena's expertise encompasses a wide range of areas, including customer experience, product strategy, learning strategy, and organizational change management.

Lena Beaven holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Visual Arts from The College of New Jersey. In addition to their degree, they have obtained several certifications. Lena received a Certificate in User Experience from the Nielsen Norman Group in November 2022. In May 2020, Lena Beaven completed the Science of Well Being Certification from Yale University. Lena also obtained a Design Thinking certification from MIT Sloan Executive Education in June 2018. In February 2018, they became a PMI-Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP) through the Project Management Institute.
