Ruwan Silva is currently serving as the Deputy General Manager at Mobitel (Pvt) Ltd since March 2023. Prior to this role, Ruwan held multiple positions within the same organization, including Regional Head - Colombo, Senior Manager Market Activation, District Manager, Territory Manager, Training & Development Manager, Team Leader Dealer Services, and Customer Care Executive over a span of nearly two decades. Ruwan's experience encompasses strategic management of marketing initiatives, operational leadership, talent development, and customer care.
