David “Mike” Foster

David “Mike” Foster has extensive experience in military operations and resource management, currently serving as the Assistant Test Resource Manager at Mobius since July 2022. Foster's prior career with the United States Air Force, spanning from December 2004 to July 2022, included various leadership roles such as Director of Manpower and Personnel and Director of Operations at the Missile Warning Center, as well as positions focused on ICBM operations and nuclear command and control. In earlier service from July 1998 to October 2002, Foster worked in air transportation logistics. Foster holds a Master of Science in Space Studies and a Bachelor of Applied Science from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University, along with additional training from the Institute for Veterans and Military Families and ongoing education at the Colorado Real Estate School.
