Jared Myers

Jared Myers has a diverse work experience spanning several years. Jared began their career at Apple in 2014 as a Sales Specialist, where they demonstrated their expertise in selling Apple products. Jared then transitioned to the role of AppleCare Advisor: Mac+ in 2020, providing support to Mac users. From 2018 to 2022, Jared worked as a Mac Genius, managing and mentoring a team of 15 technicians, and offering training and coaching to ensure the team's success. During their time at Aerospace Marketing Group from 2022 to 2023, as a Customer Success Specialist, Jared played a crucial role in onboarding and retaining a portfolio of over 100 enterprise accounts, resulting in a high retention rate and increased upsells. Jared also implemented a customer success framework and developed training materials to improve team performance and customer satisfaction. In their most recent position as a Customer Success Specialist at MobiWork LLC, Jared brings their expertise to provide excellent service to customers.

Jared Myers obtained an Associate's degree from Palm Beach State College from 2011 to 2013. In addition, they received a certification in ACiT 2019 iOS Service from Pearson VUE in March 2018.
