This is an in office position in Islamabad and work hours will be an afternoon - evening/night shift.

Who Are We Looking For?

You are someone who likes the challenges involved with AI and Machine Learning. You are an AI Engineer who likes to work as part of a diverse team of software engineers, data scientists, and machine learning (ML) experts to develop new models and algorithms to solve real-world problems. You must have some experience in designing and implementing the latest techniques of NLP and Computer Vision based algorithms. You would be required to collect and analyze data sets to identify patterns and develop predictive algorithmic models. You should have a strong problem-solving ability and a knack for statistical analysis. You should have experience in working in virtual environments and deploying containers. Understanding of Large language Models is preferrable. Knowledge of working in any cloud-based infrastructure like Azure and AWS is a must, especially for connecting to data transformation pipelines. Data fetching using APIs is also a must have skill plus working with queue-based event handlers like RabbitMQ would be advantageous. Must have basic concepts of pattern recognition and matching alongside a strong mathematical background.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop AI models to meet project requirements
  • Convert AI / ML models into APIs
  • Perform statistical analysis on big data sets
  • Manage project infrastructure and the development of AI models and projects on cloud
  • Work with other machine learning engineers, data engineers, and AI engineers to develop machine learning models

Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in computer sciences or engineering with demonstrated aptitude to grasp and learn new technologies
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
  • Experience with Microsoft Azure cloud solutions; knowledgeable in cloud infrastructure and services, DevOps methodologies, application architecture & development
  • Strong understanding of multi-cloud solutions and services and ability to apply these solutions to solve complex challenges for clients
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proven experience with AI, ML, deep learning, Tensorflow, Python, NLP algorithm
  • Experience with REST API development, NoSQL design, RDBMS design and optimizations
  • Good knowledge of R, Python and C# and Experience with SQL / NoSQL databases
  • Understanding of Databricks, PowerBI, and Synapse is required
  • Strong organizational and teamwork skills
  • Exceptional English written and verbal communication skills

Location

This is an on-site role based in Islamabad, Pakistan and work hours will be in afternoon - evening/night shift.
