Who Are We Looking For?

Mobiz seeks to hire a ServiceNow Trainee to our expert team. Service Now Trainee will be required to go through 3months extensive trainings by transitioning into permanent position of Junior ServiceNow Developer.  ServiceNow Training design will focus on implementing, enhancing, and maintaining the ServiceNow platform for Mobiz and our clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop functional understanding of ServiceNow Administration.
• Understand the purpose of the core ServiceNow tables; sys_user, syslog, task, case.
• Understand the value of business rules, script includes, flows and common use cases for each.
• Understand the purpose of a scoped application, differences between flow designer and classic workflow, standard reports, and performance analytics reports.
• Complete the given training program framework completed within given timelines.

Qualifications and Skills

• Fresh Bachelors (Computer Science/Software Programming/IT)
• Exposure and familiarity with JavaScript, Java, C++, React js, Python or Related Language
• Must have a passion for client success, team building, and a commitment to team success.
• Must be solution-oriented with proactive mindset.
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills using English language.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Embrace change and adapt to evolving and changing circumstances.
